Marc is an AI Voice Assistant that helps a Client Relations Manager manage accounts and ensure they're meeting clients' needs. In this project, we explored the conversational UX, depicted in Part 1, and an online application called Voice flow to make voice interaction prototypes which are shown in the video provided in PART 2 of this project.
